How to use

For the first 5 days (loading phase), mix one scoop with 4-8 oz of fluid and take four times daily with a meal or drink containing protein and/or carbohydrates . After the loading phase, take one scoop twice daily to maintain stores .

Directions

If < 175 lbs.: Take 1 scoop daily with 8 oz. of beverage of choice. - On training days, take 1 scoop with beverage of choice 30 min before workout. - On non-training days, take 1 scoop with beverage of choice at any time. If > 175 lbs.: Take 2 scoops daily with 8 oz. of beverage of choice. - On training days, take 1 scoop with beverage of choice 30 min before workout and 1 scoop with beverage of choice at any time. - On non-training days take 2 scoops with beverage of choice at different times throughout the day. Note: - Studies show that CM is absorbed better when taken with carbs or protein. - Consult with your fitness professional when taking custom dosages or stacking.
